Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – Free / Flat rate 
  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) – Additional charges apply
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – Premium charges apply

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (you can change this amount as needed).

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • High order volumes

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will do our best to assist you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos (if damaged)
    We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
