RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including used or damaged products, items without original packaging, and sale/clearance items unless defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
