Not Returnable: Clearance/sale items (unless damaged/wrong), gift cards, customized items, or used/damaged products.
Damaged/Wrong Item: Report within 48 hours with photos/videos for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless our mistake; use trackable shipping.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within [5–10 business days] after inspection. Shipping fees non-refundable unless our error.
Exchanges: Allowed within 7 days if item is in stock and eligible; otherwise store credit or refund.
